the way to encourage girl`s education

teacher training will be one way of quality to focuses in depth  girls education in south Sudan. it the good way in my opinion that can encourager girls to be educated , the training of teacher s greatly can increases the capacity of schools to offer quality education. When teachers are trained in modern pedagogical basics of teaching. and offer the teachers in worships to expand their capacity in depth topics and advanced subject matter such as ethics, psychology, basic and advance literacy, teaching methods,administrative responsibilities. women's rights, leadership, peace and democracy, health education and health care. all of this skills if our teachers gaining it well it should help them to encourage girls to education and can encourage collaboration among academic discipline at schools. teacher training can also adding new experiential learning opptunity to expand on critical thinking skills.

 

my experience in Washington DC

Really Washington DC is wonderful city, I enjoy my time when I was in this capital, Good thing that I learned is that scientists did not leave all the old relics and heritage behind them, but to have kept him and developed in a way that we see today And US landmarks since the First World War endowed so severe. This from the things that caught my hope that all the world like it and understand, thinking about how they can application that  in their countries . I think that America is the most conservative state in the world with all its cultures.

my goals when I return back to South Sudan

when I will  return back to South Sudan, I will focusing  on teaching  in higher education , my goal is to share what I  learned  here with my colleagues as a team to help our children and community to educated well, I thinking about how teacher can teach student by prefects  knowledge and help them to implement this learning in their reality.  for longer time ago we were focusing in teaching center I hope when we  get chance for good reconstruction of classes in my home,  that could play role of teaching facilities by using student center  in South Sudan, I learn a lot here in curriculum how to designed it to be satisfied of  students needs  in learning. although  I plane to make education is important for all , my dream one day as I can to open private school(primary ) free for orphan's children in South Sudan. in this semester I understand  in course education children in conflict areas, will be a good motivation to our students and give them  hope about their future. it can give the state consideration to focus on the weakness point. and  fixed it out.   

insecurity in South Sudan

 

Insecurity in South Sudan is a bigger challenge, it was effected the community,  our country   loss more than million life of people, that cause the gender violence base was affected women and girls who never has some where to run, and they were fight  to live on camps or in the conflict areas, by the way this it need our community to alliance each other and fixing  out the a good solution of that problems to provide peace and instability, that should allowed the women and girls to doesn't came every time  a victims of violence, unless using education as weapon to solve conflict between the communities, the community should not be change that while we need education in emergence, the women and girls  need to be awareness to defend them selves, the community need to be awareness about the impact of violence, by control the factors stimulated to the war, to  friend what do you think about education as weapon to stop the insecurity.    

Chicago is sweetes city in united state.and the  building of it is very identifiable in  design.my experience I found when we were  visited  hall house of Jane addem her house it very interested,I thought like how can the simple women play agood role to get her dream.so  Jane addem to my understand  she was struggle to get her dream  in  reality,and today she was example woman lead,make many people came  from difference part of world to see her house, although if I reflect that in my home country 14 of us can  change the community by sharing what the learn?why the need  to make change in south Sudan?they can do the ordinary thing.

this conference is very good to me,throw it I  know the importance of the research and how it can be best solution of  the phenomenon to be benefits of others,and the most presenta  they have confidence,  for what they are presented,a cording to my understanding in these  conference Ican write briefly about two research topic   the first the role of animal powered technology (as means to breakdown structural global inequalities in food production,this research study by Dr. James w and Dr William  they are decided to begin this project  to bring this man of Uganda to united states by  training  him with the Amish, the goals was to begin developing the skills needed to construct and us modernized, animal powered, relic technology.after the train the man was go back to his country and he  will be able to applied this  feasibility of U.S a agricultural machinery manufacturers meeting the needs of Ugandan agricultural producers regarding sustainable technologies.the second research,Ifocus in the topic( opportunities and challenges in developing countries for mobile learning in kenya).it was presented by Patrick Mose (PhD. in Ohio university) he found the mobile learning opportunities in the third world  is focus in potential expansion of learning spaces, ease of use and access,and willingness of social mobility and how the government policies could be use favorable to encourage the community. and the mobile learning challenges it appear in infrastructure because many families in third world they don't have the  con-great  houses,lack of electricity in rural areas, difficult to accessibility of devices.Iam happy to attend this conference because I able to understand what the presentation talk about  and I hope if there  is another  conference  next  year and it will helps us to be a good researcher in future,and we will come out of  researcher problems and make solution to be benefits of our communities.
  

history curriculum

 I think the south Sundanese's in the world they have longer history of the war, and they are suffering every time,because they have been civil war from 22 year, and record in 2013 up to now the triblism war it continue, it is difficult and  break  the good relationship between tribes,in my opinnon the history of primary school should be focused on culture, peace building, although the history of secondary schools should be focused on civil war,independent of south Sudanese's , solution of conflict between tribes, help the students to know how to build spirit of  homesickness,by give them example of many victory, liberation of south Sudan the death from protecting our land like doctor/ john greng ant others .these can help students effortlessly to understand the history of south Sudan and how they are interaction with it .
